MGM+ has announced the renewal of its hit sci-fi horror series "From" for a fourth season, set to premiere in 2026. The show, which stands as the most-watched series in MGM+'s history, will begin production on 10 new episodes in Nova Scotia in 2025.

The critically acclaimed series, boasting a 96% score on Rotten Tomatoes, follows the mysterious story of a nightmarish town that imprisons anyone who enters. Harold Perrineau ("Lost") leads the ensemble cast as Boyd Stevens, the sheriff maintaining order in the trapped community while searching for an escape.

"By the end of season 3, our characters will begin to understand why they are trapped in FROM Town," teased showrunner Jeff Pinkner. "But will understanding help them to escape? And if so, how?"

Creator John Griffin shared his perspective on the upcoming season: "With the culmination of Season Three we have, in many ways, reached the end of the beginning. In Season Four, a new journey begins. The question is whether it will lead our characters home, or deeper into this unrelenting nightmare."

The series features an accomplished creative team, including Griffin, Pinkner, and director Jack Bender ("Lost," "Game of Thrones"). The cast includes Catalina Sandino Moreno, Eion Bailey, and David Alpay among other talented performers.

Michael Wright, head of MGM+, expressed enthusiasm about the renewal: "From has been a sensation for MGM+, capturing the attention of millions of viewers and helping us to shine a bright light on our MGM+ brand."

The series, produced by Amazon MGM Studios, continues to build upon its intricate mythology while promising to deliver answers to long-standing questions in its fourth season.
