Paramount+ has announced that "MobLand," a new organized crime drama series from acclaimed filmmaker Guy Ritchie, will premiere on March 30, 2024. The series boasts an all-star cast including Tom Hardy, Pierce Brosnan, and Helen Mirren.

The drama follows the story of the Harrigan family, an Irish crime syndicate based in London. Brosnan portrays Conrad Harrigan, the family patriarch battling for control within a global criminal empire, while Mirren takes on the role of Maeve Harrigan, Conrad's wife. Hardy plays Harry Da Souza, a loyal fixer tasked with protecting the family's interests.

The series features an impressive supporting cast including Paddy Considine as Kevin Harrigan (Conrad's son), Joanne Froggatt as Jan Da Souza (Harry's wife), Lara Pulver as Bella Harrigan (Kevin's wife), and Anson Boon as Eddie Harrigan (Kevin's rebellious son).

Originally developed as "The Donovans," a British spinoff of Showtime's "Ray Donovan," the project evolved into a standalone series under the title "MobLand." The show is produced in association with MTV Entertainment Studios and 101 Studios.

The series will initially launch on Paramount+ in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia, with a global rollout planned for later in 2025. "MobLand" marks one of several streaming projects for Ritchie, who is also involved with Netflix's "The Gentlemen" and Amazon Prime's upcoming "Young Sherlock."

Executive producers include Guy Ritchie, Tom Hardy, Keith Cox, Nina L. Diaz, David C. Glasser, and several others, with distribution handled by Paramount Global Content Distribution.
