Jeremy Allen White has joined an elite group of actors after winning his third consecutive Golden Globe for Best Actor in a Television Series – Musical or Comedy for his role in "The Bear."

During the 2025 Golden Globe Awards ceremony at the Beverly Hilton, White triumphed over a competitive field including Adam Brody, Ted Danson, Steve Martin, Jason Segel, and Martin Short. This remarkable achievement puts him in rare company alongside television legends Michael J. Fox and Alan Alda as the only actors to win this category three years in a row.

Jennifer Coolidge presented the award with her trademark humor, playfully acknowledging the challenges male leads face in television. "I do know how hard it is for you guys to have to pretend to be nice to everybody but then again you guys do get very special treatment on the set," she quipped before announcing White's win.

The victory adds to an impressive run for "The Bear," which entered the ceremony as the most-nominated television series with five nominations. White's portrayal in the culinary drama has consistently earned critical acclaim since the show's debut.

Looking ahead, White is set to take on the role of Bruce Springsteen in the upcoming biopic "Deliver Me From Nowhere," chronicling the creation of Springsteen's 1982 album "Nebraska." The Boss himself has praised White's interpretation, noting that fans will "deeply recognize" his portrayal. White has also secured a role in "The Mandalorian & Grogu," marking his entry into the Star Wars universe.

The actor's historic win places him just shy of Alan Alda's record of four consecutive victories, which the MAS*H star achieved between 1980 and 1983.

The 2025 Golden Globes ceremony, hosted by Nikki Glaser, aired on CBS and streamed on Paramount+, featuring notable industry recognition for Viola Davis with the Cecil B. DeMille Award and Ted Danson with the Carol Burnett Award.
