In a candid conversation on Rob Lowe's SiriusXM podcast "Literally!", Good Charlotte twins Benji and Joel Madden opened up about their marriages to Hollywood powerhouses Cameron Diaz and Nicole Richie, revealing an interesting dynamic in their relationships.

The brothers, both 46, shared insights into their partnerships with their respective wives, emphasizing a balance of strength and mutual respect. "They are absolutely our counterparts, and we all have a healthy fear of our wives," Joel admitted, discussing his marriage to Nicole Richie, with whom he shares two children, Harlow (17) and Sparrow (15).

Joel, who tied the knot with Richie in 2010, elaborated on their partnership: "She absolutely runs the show — but we are partners." He explained how Richie oversees crucial aspects of their life together, bringing a deeper richness to their relationship.

Benji, married to Cameron Diaz since 2015 and parent to Raddix (5) and Cardinal (1), echoed similar sentiments. He noted that their wives aren't interested in "pushover" partners, requiring strong counterparts who can set aside their egos.

When discussing their "fear," Joel quickly clarified the meaning, describing it as respect for their wives' sharp, strong personalities rather than anything negative. "That's the queen," Benji said about Diaz, adding playfully, "Go against my wife? Good luck. I don't even need to get involved."

The conversation, which included host Rob Lowe, highlighted the shared experience of being married to formidable women who have helped shape their lives and relationships in profound ways.
