A 19-year-old TikTok user has come forward with sexual assault allegations against former "Impractical Jokers" star Joe Gatto, stemming from an incident in Milwaukee last September.

The accuser, known as "joozyb" on TikTok, shared multiple videos detailing her alleged encounter with the 48-year-old comedian. According to her account, the initial meeting occurred when she, her sister, and mother spotted Gatto at a restaurant during brunch and requested a photo.

Later that day, the TikToker messaged Gatto on Instagram hoping to receive tickets to his comedy show. Gatto provided her with two show tickets and meet-and-greet passes for his September 8 performance at Milwaukee's Pabst Theater.

The alleged victim claims that after attending the show alone and taking photos with Gatto, she returned home. While drinking with her roommate, she began exchanging messages with Gatto through Instagram's vanish mode feature, which automatically deletes messages when users exit the chat.

According to her account, Gatto then provided directions to his hotel. Upon arrival, she states someone escorted her to an elevator and pressed the button for her. While not explicitly detailing the alleged assault, she shared a timestamped photo from 2:26 a.m. on September 9, indicating when she left the hotel.

The TikToker also posted photos taken with Gatto before the alleged incident, claimed screenshots of their conversations, and shared an image of alleged bruising she says resulted from the encounter.

The accusations come at a notable time, as Gatto had recently reconciled with his wife Bessy in September 2023, following their separation announced in January 2022. That separation had prompted his departure from "Impractical Jokers" after ten years with the show.

PEOPLE magazine has reached out to both Gatto's representatives and the TikTok user for comment.
