This year was not Heroes banner year. The first half of the season was a mess but once the Villains arc ended, the Fugitives storyline quickly picked up and took us to a much better storytelling place and the Emmy nominations for this year reflect this break in the series. The big series premiere got a nod for visual effects and then the only other episode to get a nod was the episode Cold Snap which had Tracy freezing the garage and herself so that Micah could escape.
