Dominic Monaghan - last seen playing Charlie on Lost- returns to TV as singer Tyler Martin on February 2’s Chuck. “He’s just a completely over the top cliche rock star,” Monaghan , who also dodges baddies with Chuck, tells TV Guide. “It’s fun to play somebody who doesn’t follow the rules.”
