Here is the first trailer for the new episode of Smallville next week- TOXIC which will feature a big chunk of Oliver Queen ( Justin Hartley) and his back story. We will see how he and Tess Mercer ( Cassidy Freeman) are connected and when they met. VIEW HERE with no special codec.
To learn more about Oliver Queen and his origins story I recommend watching the Smallville Origins animated series that was presented on the Season 6 box set for Smallville. They go into what happened to Oliver and how he became the green clad archer. Last season ended with our learning about his parents dying- at the hands of Lionel Luthor. I suspect there will be a lot of Oliver’s story that unfolds this season that will tie him into not only Lionel but Tess.
